Of booties

Hi people!
This is me Farzaana blogging and honestly m nervous. Hehe.. I do hope you guys enjoy browsing the pictures I posted here and comments are always welcome. :)

Sewing booties was actually intended to fill up my leisure time, but apparently there are people who appreciate my little fabric crafts and started placing orders. I was quite overwhelmed by the feedback received from my colleagues and friends, and that really has made me going. Honestly I will take around 2 hours to complete a pair, and some said RM15 is a bit cheap for the energy and time I've spent. But I know the more I practise, the more little time I'll spend to make one.

Here are some Pics of the first 'achievement', took me about 3 hours for the first pair as I hand-sewed them.

I don't have the edge/finishing sewing machine, what I did was just trimmed the access fabric/threads at the edge and that's it.

Little did I know that I was pregnant (and still am!). These booties must have been the signs until I checked it 2 days ago. Didn't expect it to happen, but surely I was overjoyed the minute I saw the two lines on the stick. Did it twice to double confirm. Hubby was happy and excited and I know he tried hard to hide it before I was confirmed pregnant by the doc.  Hehehe.. :D
